Who am I?

My name is Josh Rivera. I’m a journalist and author working in the Washington, D.C. area.

I have worked for more than a decade as a writer and journalist, publishing and editing work for USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Elite Daily, and The Detroit Free Press, among others. I completed the Yale Writers Workshop, was a finalist for the Unleash Press 2023 Book Prize, and was the executive editor for Gannett’s first national Pride magazine.

Basically, I write and edit stories for a living. (Best job in the world.)
